Your order will be dispatched  within 2 working days with our standard service (Royal Mail 1st Class). Please note we are usually closed between Christmas and New Year and no parcels are dispatched during this period. Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and Ola-fashions cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries.

All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday you may want to give us an alternative address where someone will be there to sign for the goods. (e.g. your work, a neighbour or a friend).

How long will it take for my order to reach me ?

For standard delivery we dispatch parcels within 2 working days, please be aware that during Easter and Christmas we only dispatch parcels on working days.

Returns & exchanges
All returns:
* must be sent within 10 working days. In case of return or exchange please contact us immediately so we can provide you with further information for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Printed items cannot be exchanged after the tag is removed.

For a fast process, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Straight exchanges (same reference but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Ola-fashions for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange.

There is no charge for exchanges however please note there is a £2 handling charge per item for ALL refunds for goods received after 10 days. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks. Post Christmas orders can be returned up to the end of January..
